REHUB: at the heart of your performance

About us

At Rehub, we believe that real athletic success is all about balance – it’s the big picture and the tiny details. Founded by a team who’ve lived the highs and lows of international racing, we understand the demands of high-performance sport. But here’s the thing: we’re not just about pushing harder or going faster. It’s about finding your unique path to peak performance.

Sure, we’re into data, bike fits, and all the techy stuff - but we also know that performance isn’t a one-size-fits-all deal. We combine precision with a holistic approach that looks at everything: training, recovery, nutrition, mindset and general wellbeing. Because when every part of the person is looked after, that's when the magic really happens.

Meet Dan

Engineer and coach

Dan comes into the cycling performance space from a unique angle. He raced professionally across Europe and North America. This athletic experience is combined with a deep technical understanding of the demands of bike racing. He is an engineering graduate and qualified bike fitter. This array of skills unlocks a level of coaching that sets Dan apart from the crowd. Understanding how an athlete thinks and feels, then applying sound theory with a critical eye is what you’ll get. Dan is the first to admit his own career came with ups and down. He’s passionate about helping the next generation navigate and avoid some of the pitfalls that held him back.

Meet Kate

Coach, personal trainer and sports massage therapist.

Kate brings the strength and conditioning expertise to REHUB. As a qualified personal trainer and sports massage therapist, she’s a big advocate for correct technique in the gym to maximise strength gains. Her own battles with injuries during her cycling career drew her to this aspect of sports coaching. Her sports massage training has further complimented her skill set which has led her to working with many European cycling teams as soigneur.

Kate is a self confessed health nerd. She is never not training hard towards an athletic goal or finding a way to optimise her own fitness. Scientist by trade, and with a wealth of experience in the start-up business industry, she is now directing her energy towards her main passion of supporting athletes. She couldn’t be a better mentor and role model for female athletes after overcoming gynaecological cancer and experiencing many of the challenges faced by women in sport.
